Carrier Oils – How To Choose The Right One?

It takes a bit of time and experimentation to find the most appropriate oil or combination of oils for your personal skin type. Start with one oil and use it for few days. When you notice that your skin likes it, you can add to it another oil to achieve best results. In the end you can blend together several carrier oils  to get the perfect combination.

I recommend buying the best quality oils: cold-pressed, pure, and unrefined with no additives.
