Emotional: Anti-depressant, soothing, balancing, calming and sedative. An adaptogen: restores unbalanced states to a state of balance where healing can take place. Also, boosts those with a lack of confidence and enhances self-expression. 

Spiritual: Strong action on the solar plexus to calm emotional imbalance. Aligns all the chakras. Very cleansing: can be used to cleanse people and room of negative vibes.
